Baker Renewable Energy has worked closely with Dominion Realty Partners-a highly acclaimed development, leasing and management company- to install a solar system on their new Genworth building in North Raleigh! The building serves as corporate headquarters for their mortgage and insurance company- a division of Genworth Financial. This 20kW Photovoltaic Thin Film system houses over 4,000 square feet of the structure’s roof space, and is actively reducing Genworth’s carbon footprint! ill.
